Shipping and Returns

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:


Thank you for choosing Ruff Rider's Roadie Products. Exhanges and returns are accepted within 30 days from the original purchase date as long as the product has:
  1. Not been chewed
  2. Not been mutilated or altered
  3. Not been used incorrectly
  4. Not been soiled

Returns and exchanges are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Before returning merchandise for ANY reason call 720-249-2986 or send an email to emailus@ruffrider.com for return authorization and a RMA number. No returns will be accepted without a RMA number. 

Shipping charges will not be refunded on returned items. Once we receive your exchange, we will process your order. You will be charged for shipping on the exchange order.

If you think your product is defective, call to obtain an RMA. Once received, if we determine the product is defective, we will credit you for your cost of shipping to return the product to us and ship out your exchange with no charge for shipping. If you do not wish to exchange the defective product, we will credit your credit card for the total cost of your original order.
